When returning product to Arlotto Comnet for any reason, you must first to contact Arlotto and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from rma@arlotto.com.tw

All RMA procedure shall start up by technical support verification in order to find any possible solution before entering into RMA procedure.

The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request:


  • Contact name
  • Company name
  • Address
  • Country
  • Phone number
  • Product model number, MAC and serial number
  • Purchase date
  • Distributor/Installer
  • A brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.


Standard RMA

A RMA number must first be issued by an RMA representative contacted by email. This RMA number will need to be referenced on the outside of the return shipmen and clearly visible.

Upon receipt of the defective product, Arlotto will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product and ship it out in the most expeditious manner possible. Warranty terms shall be applicable to the return of the goods to the customer.  

In the event the product returned to Arlotto has been discontinued (i.e the product is no longer being manufactured by Arlotto but is still under warranty), Arlotto will, at its discretion, either repair or replace with recertified product.

Once you have obtained an RMA number

After obtaining a RMA number from Arlotto, you must send the product - freight prepaid - to Arlotto Comnet, Inc. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package.

Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. Arlotto does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments.

Please note:

Product shipped to Arlotto shall be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit, Arlotto would not be responsible for any lost shipment or damaged product during the shipment.

Shipping your RMA to Arlotto using regular mailing envelopes or not correctly packaged is not acceptable, as they do not protect the product from damage during shipping. Arlotto will not repair or replace any unit that is not correctly shipped.

Arlotto will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.
